The first section is for the individual - the next is a valuable practical aid for Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders and Department Heads.

The Tool-kit Enables People to :

a)      Gain insights into themselves and their way of communicating and functioning;

b)     Shows managers how to understand, meld together and motivate the members of their team more effectively. It also gives insights into their different personalities.

Managers will also learn how to 'work' team meetings to achieve maximum results.

An Easy-to-Follow Tool-Kit includes ...

1.     An individual personality test tool-kit for each for each member of the team. This provides detailed information on how different personalities think and function. Invaluable for you both. A clear breakdown of each staff member's own dominant and underlying personality type is given.

2.     Written guidelines showing you how to approach each person, motivate, and communicate with them according to their different personality styles.

3.     Written guidelines regarding how to most effectively conduct team meetings, based on knowledge of how to 'meld' the different personalities into a cohesive, effective working unit and draw the best from the whole team.

The Mangers' & Team Leader brochure contains useful information on topics such as:

·        How to 'sell' the personality types to each other.

·        Who is likely to be more introverted and who more extroverted.

Back-up Service: Iris is available to discuss and advise on any issues arising from this personality test.

Cost: $335 per person per tool-kit up to 3 orders, $295 per person per tool-kit between 4-8 orders, $245 per person per tool-kit for 9 orders and over, PLUS as many managers' Guides as requested based on size of order.

Additional Help Is Available: Iris is available to give one-to-one or group input, training and/or supervision.

NB. She will also work on-site or from her own premises if requested.
