You have the right to receive your products in good condition.
If you are not entirely satisfied when you receive them, you may send them
back to us in the same condition as you received them and we will happily
provide you with replacements or refund your money.
This money back guarantee applies to within a 30 day period of your receiving
the goods.
Once goods are returned, we will send you a cheque.
Currency
All prices are based on New
Zealand currency ($NZD).
Prices include GST where applicable.
Delivery
For each Book, the following applicable postage and packaging charge will be
included.
New Zealand
Orders : Nil
Australian Orders : $1.10 per Book
Orders from the rest of the world : $5.75 per Book
For each Tape, the following applicable postage and packaging charge will be
included.
New Zealand Orders : Nil
Australian Orders : $1.10 per Tape
Orders from the rest of the world : $2.10 per Tape
Delivery of goods within New
Zealand will be by New Zealand Post.
Overseas delivery will be by International Air Freight.
Goods will be shipped once payment has been validated.
